Members present: Mr. Feintuch, Mr. Fuld, Mr. Kelly, Mr. Maron, Mr. Osorio, Mr. Shafer, Mr. Small

Members absent: Mr. Haney, Chairwoman Byrne

Also present: Mr. Albert, Mr. Porrino, Mr. Rutherford

Meeting called to order at 8:10 pm

Vice Chairman Mr. Feintuch chaired this meeting

Roll call, announcement of proper notice of meeting

Motion to approve: Mr. Fuld   Second: Mr.Osorio
Passed by a vote of 6 yes ( Feintuch, Fuld, Kelly, Maron, Osorio,Shafer,)

Continued Applications:
Mr. Fuld was recused from this case.

Brian Chewcaskie, attorney for the applicant addressed the board. Mark Madaio, attorney for the objector also addressed the board. Mr. Chewcaskie called Mr. Lydon to testify as the planner for the applicant. Mr.Madaio questioned Mr. Lydon. The meeting was open to the public to question Mr. Lydon.  The following people came forward:
Mr. Weinstein  8 Brayton Street
Ms. Fells 185 East Palisade Avenue
The public portion of the meeting to question Mr. Lydon was then closed.

Mr. Abeles called Mr. Abeles to testify as the planner for the objector. The meeting wqs open to the public to question Mr. Abeles. The following person came forward:
Mr. Weinstein  8 Brayton Street

The public portion o f the meeting was then closed.

Elliot Urdang, attorney for the applicant addressed the board. Mark Madaio, attorney for the objectors addressed the board. Mr. Urdang called Mr. Maronski to testify as the planner for the applicant. Mr. Madaio questions Mr. Moronski.

Mr. Madaio called Mr. Kesher to testify as the objector for the applicant. Mr. Urdang questioned Mr. Kesler.

The meeting was opened to the public. The following people came forward to address the board:

Mr. Schenk  149 Cedar Street
Ms. Schiebel 162 Lydecker Street
Mrs. Schriebel presented various photos to the board.
The public portion of the meeting was then closed. The board called Ken Albert to testify as the city engineer and planner. Mr. Madaio gave his summary. There was a board discussion.
