Meeting called to order at 8:10pm

New Applications:

Mr. Marzolla, attorney for the applicant addressed the board .The applicant is requesting a time extension on a previously approved application.   He called Reverend Spencer to testify for the applicant. The board called Mr. Albert to testify as the city engineer and planner. The meeting was opened to the public. No one came forward. The public portion of the meeting was then closed.

Continued Application:

Brian Chewcaskie, attorney for the applicant addressed the board. Board attorney David Rutherford addressed the issue of a possible conflict regarding Mr. Fuld. Mr. Fuld addressed the board and recused himself from this case.

The board called Ken Albert to testify as the city engineer and planner. Mr. Chewcaskie cross-examined Mr. Albert. The meeting was opened to the public to question Mr. Albert. Mr. Abramowitz 460 East Palisade Avenue questioned Mr. Albert. The public portion of the meeting to question Mr. Albert was then closed.

The meeting was opened for public comment. The following people came forward:

The public portion of the meeting for public comment was then closed.

Mr. Chewcaskie gave his summation. There was a board discussion.

This case is carried to a future date.
