The City of Englewood announces that it is soliciting qualified proposals for purchasing and redeveloping two Englewood properties – the Lincoln Elementary School and William Street Firehouse. Proposals must be received by the City Manager no later than 12:00 Noon (prevailing time) on Friday June 28, 2013 (as amended by Addendum #1 below) and must be mailed or hand-delivered.
