Bikur Cholim maintains Shabbat apartments at Hackensack Hospital. It has a free loan wheelchair project for Shabbat and Yom Tov, and also provides visitation at local hospitals and volunteers for Tomorrow's Children at Hackensack Hospital. Bikur Cholim arranges for blood and platelet donors, and food and transportation, when necessary, for families of patients in a time of need.

Chai Lifeline provides assistance to seriously-ill children and their families the world over, including medical referrals, insurance support services, emotional support groups, homebound tutorial programs, special trips, bone marrow drives, and weekend retreats to a summer camping program.
