RE:           2023 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

ADDENDUM NO. 2:

• The following additions, deletions, revisions, clarifications and/or amendments to the original specifications and drawings are hereby made a part thereof, and a part of the contract documents. All provisions of said documents shall remain inforce and effect, except as herein clarified.

1. The Time and Bid Date shall be revised to 10:00 am on Thursday, June 8, 2023
2. Roadways Listing in the Technical Specifications Section 1-GENERAL (1.01 Scope of Work) are revised as follows:
   1. Brookway Avenue
   2. Dana Place
   3. Durie Court
   4. Marshall Avenue
   5. Orange Street (Hirliman Rd. to Englewood Ave.)
   6. Shannon Ct.
   7. Speer Avenue (Next Day Hill to Highview)
   8. DPW Yard (Alt. N.1)
